Highly polished surface for the highest possible rust resistance and blade life. Hand sanding for perfect sharpness.

Standard plastic handle made of a particularly non-slip and pleasant to touch material (TPE).
A well-shaped cover ensures a safe hold and reduces the risk of slipping your hand when holding the knife.

The plastic handle is food-safe and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (each with all amendments and in the current version at the time of this declaration):
